(Warranty and Non-Warranty Items)
BEFORE returning your product for service, please consider calling or emailing our service department, as there may be procedures you can follow that may resolve your problem.

IMPORTANT: We charge for estimating the cost of non-warranty repairs. In this case, unless you have given us an order to an upper limit on the form, we will contact you with an estimate prior to conducting any work.
The estimate charge is the minimum 1/2 hour workshop rate.
The receipt of a Service Returns Form and your item for repair assumes your acknowledgement and agreement to this charge.
Complete ALL sections.
Please copy the form and complete ONE FOR EACH ITEM to be returned.
Correct and complete information will result in less time spent making an estimate or starting the repair.
If you have a deadline to meet, please call to check that any required parts are readily available and that we can achieve your timescale.
Please show clearly whether you intend to collect the item or if we should return it to you by courier.
Either fax the form back to our service department on 01923 698081 or include it with the goods.
Return the goods to our new WATFORD address, ensure the carton is clearly marked for the Service Department.
Parts and labour are free of charge should the product fail within the manufacturers warranty period, however, return carriage is chargeable.
Our current service department rate is £45.00 per hour, and is charged per 30 minute period. |
